At Ancho it's all about your "fillings" and the way we do business is based on quality freshness and taste. accompanied by integrated respect to our clients.
At Ancho we have no freezers, nor microwaves and our grocers and suppliers deliver seven days a week. Our products are made within our store from scratch every day and we are using the same old fashioned (Mexican style) handpicking / cooking method from day one.
Our Guacamole is made several times a day using ripped Hass avocados, our Tortilla chips are handcut and freshfried , the cheese we use is Monterey Jack, while our salsas are made and prepared from authentic Mexican peppers every single day.
The Scoville scale is
the measurement of the
pungency (spicy heat)
of chili peppers.
The scale is named
after its creator, American
pharmacist Wilbur Scoville.
We enjoy our tacos and burritos daily, not only because we are committed to serving the same quality and high standard products to our clients, but also because we truly love (the taste of) our food.
