CHILI CON CARNE

100% minced beef cooked with homemade Chipotle paste, Morrita and Piquin peppers, Cumin, oregano, black beans, garlic, kosher salt, bay leaf and black pepper.

GRILLED STEAK

Beef marinated for at least 24 hrs in Adobo, Chipotle chili, cumin, garlic and black pepper and chargrilled until medium.

Pork slowly cooked in traditional Mexican recipe with cumin, home-made Chipotle paste, oregan, salt, black pepper and adobo. Cooked until tender and then carefully hand-shredded.

AL PASTOR

Housemade marinated pork with achiote, chilies, pineapple juice and Mexican spices, slowly grilled on a trompo.

CHICKEN ASADA

Marinated overnight in thyme, lime, coriander and Cumin, chargrilled until crispy on the outside and tender and juicy in the inside.

Our homemade sour cream prepared by yoghurt, whipped cream, lime and salt, it cures for 24 hrs until sour.

A Crispy blend of hand cut and hand-washed romain lettuce and lollo roso.
